Completeness testing

Nothing in here we cannot explain.

An audience is described, agreed, and only then assembled. Each record is reduced to one row per organisation, with the reasoning retained. What arrives is a file whose every column has a written definition.

  1. Change tracking

What moved since the last delivery, so a refresh does not read as a new universe.

  2. Field population report

A per-column statement of how much is filled, delivered with the file rather than on request.

  3. Supply assessment

Saying plainly where the available data stops, including when it stops short of the brief.
